SHIPPING POLICY

  • We offer free shipping across India for all prepaid orders.
  • • For orders up to Rs. 10,000, we offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) service at a non-refundable charge of Rs. 150.
  • For orders above Rs. 10,000, we offer the option of prepaid delivery only.

Delivery Timeline:

  • The delivery timeline for products that are ready-to-ship is between 7 to 10 business days.
  • Please note that the delivery timeline for pre-order products is up to four working weeks.

Order Processing:

  • We ensure that orders are promptly processed and dispatched according to the delivery timeline.
  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email and a message on WhatsApp to inform you that the order has been successfully placed.

Order Tracking:

  • You can track your order by visiting tracking.exhalelabel.com and entering your order number and phone number to access details.

Shipping Notifications:

  • Once the order is dispatched from the warehouse, our shipping partner will send you tracking details via email and WhatsApp.

Proof of Delivery:

  • If you receive the wrong garment, it's important that you don't accept the package. We request you take a video of the package as evidence and share it with us via email at hello@exhalelabel.com or WhatsApp at https://wa.me/+919892449808 This will help us to provide evidence that the wrong delivery was attempted. 

Communication:

  • In the event of any challenges preventing us from processing your order or unexpected delays, we will promptly reach out to you. Rest assured, we are committed to keeping you informed and, if necessary, ensuring a refund is provided in the form of store credit.

COD POLICY:

COD Eligibility

  • We offer a COD (Cash on Delivery) service for all ready-to-ship products.
  • Please note that the cash-on-delivery (COD) option is unavailable for made-to-order products.
  • • Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to Rs. 10,000 only. For orders exceeding this value, prepaid payment is required. However, if you still wish to use COD, you can place another order to balance the amount. 

Payment Process

  • The payment for COD orders must be made before opening the package.
  • If the bag appears to have been opened or tampered with, we advise customers to not accept the product. Additionally, we kindly request visual proof of any issues to be shared with us via email at hello@exhalelabel.com or WhatsApp at https://wa.me/+919892449808

Non-Refundable Charge

  • For orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD), a non-refundable charge of Rs. 150 will be applied your order.
